In 1979 a group of six businessmen got together with a common goal. It was their desire to provide the people of Jefferson Parish with a carnival club which was second to none, although most would agree somewhat different from the norm. They wanted to be able to provide a beautiful presentation each year which would be dedicated to children of all ages. We share the traditions begun by those six men, as they have evolved over time, and continue to evolve through the ideas and hard work of our present leaders. All of their dreams and desires have become a reality and delight the child in each of us with a spectacular ball and parade presentation each year.
